Accessing the Sales Report

  1. From the Backoffice main menu, open the Orders page,

  2. Select the "Report" button at the top of the page to open the sales report.

Understanding the Sales Report

Default Display and Key Information

To reduce accounting errors, the report is automatically displayed by payment date for a period selected from the Orders page filter.

It shows the following information:

Sales details by Origins

View total transactions by point of sale:

Sales details by Product Type

View total sales by type of product sold:

Collected VAT rates

This specific section displays the VAT rates collected and configured for your account. To learn more about taxes, please consult the "Taxes" section of our system, to add the taxes you need.

Payment methods

Finally, to help you prepare your daily cash reports, the payment methods section details the number of transactions carried out, and the total amount by method:

Share a sales report

Once you've selected your period, select "Send Report" to access the e-mail module, to share the report with your accountant:

Once the PDF sales report has been generated, click on "Send Sales Report".
