To create a voucher go to the Vouchers tab in the menu on the left.
On the right part of the Vouchers tab is the Voucher generator.
Choose between two types of vouchers:
Value: the voucher has a fixed value expressed in €
Percentage: the voucher has a percentage value expressed in %
The exact value or percentage of this voucher.
The number will indicate how many vouchers you want to generate.
It means the voucher can be used on X different orders by different users.
If the number is 10, 10 vouchers with the same code will be generated.
This field lets you set a date after which the generated voucher will no longer be valid.
If you want to set up the Voucher code yourself, fill this field with your text for that voucher.
Leave blank if you want the system to generate a code randomly.
Use this field to assign a voucher directly to a single user, in which case only this person can use the voucher.
Fill this field for information on the voucher intended for internal use. The note will be displayed under the Voucher name and status in the voucher's list.
Tick this checkbox if you want the voucher to be usable indefinitely. Until you delete it.
This is only available for percentage vouchers.
You can filter the vouchers displayed on the bottom part using the filters in the top left corner of the page.
On the bottom part, you have the list of all vouchers generated, whether they are still active or used.
The balance of your voucher is the remaining value left on that voucher after it has been used.
You can see on the example that the DARKVADOR20 voucher has been applied to an order with a used value of 10€. If the voucher is indeed used on that order, the remaining balance will be of 10€
A user can still use a voucher which balance is positive to redeem all of its value.
This column indicates the order to which the voucher was applied. Click on the link to access the order.
The Delete button enables you to delete a voucher.
When deleted, a voucher cannot be recovered and must be generated again.
It is impossible to delete a voucher that has already been used in an order!
