The Feed

Introduction

We are excited to introduce a new feature that will streamline communication and collaboration between you and your business partners. Our new Pre-order Feed allows you to showcase pre-order products directly to the entire Common Ground community, ensuring greater transparency and easier access for all parties involved.

The feed is visible throughout the entire Common Ground community and can be populated directly from the Items pages.

Accessibility:

The Feed is available from backoffice main Header, near to Search Bar and My Eshop external link.

Features:

  1. Browse Pre-order Items: View the latest pre-order products, organized by their publication date for easy navigation.

  2. Preview Audio and Descriptions: Get an overview of the products with artworks, descriptions and audio previews.

  3. Add to Favorites: Save pre-order items for future reference by adding them to your favorites list, so you can purchase them at a later date.

  4. Pre-order via Eshops: Seamlessly pre-order items through your Eshop for quick and convenient transactions.

Publication:

To begin publishing pre-order items to the Common Ground community, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team at support@common-ground.io to request access to this feature.

  2. Post to Feed: Once activated, use the "Post to Feed" option to publish your pre-order items, making them visible to the entire Common Ground network.
